Totes arrive ready to pack. When you're finished, empty and nest them — we pick them back up.
Comparison assumptions: same starting count of boxes as totes, split as evenly as possible between medium and large boxes; 1 roll of packing tape per 20 boxes (rounded up); 1 pack of labels. Prices used: medium box $2.28, large box $2.98, packing tape $7.98/roll, 250-pack labels $18.43. Estimated time: about 1.5–2 minutes per box to assemble/tape and 1–2 minutes per box to break down/manage after unpacking. Actual time varies. The optional time-value slider illustrates the value of your time separately from actual cash expenses.

Our map shows the main Tote To Go service area. If your move is outside the circle, don't count us out — we can still serve many locations for an additional travel fee based on distance.

Send us the delivery address with your reservation request. We'll calculate the additional travel fee and confirm your exact total before you pay.
Long-distance moves are welcome. Rental equipment must return to the original delivery location unless an alternate pickup location is approved in advance.

The layout is already ready for your actual photos. Once you photograph the branded fleet, these placeholders can be replaced without redesigning the site.

How long can I keep the totes?
Your standard rental includes 14 days from delivery. Need more time? Each additional 7 days costs $29 for 10 totes, $39 for 20 totes, $49 for 30 totes, $59 for 40 totes, or $79 for 60 totes. Extensions must be requested before your scheduled pickup, are subject to availability, and are payable when approved. Applicable taxes are additional.
Are the totes clean?
Yes. Totes are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between customers.
Can I secure the lids?
Yes. Customers may use compatible small locks or zip ties in the tote's locking points.
How does the service area work?
Our core service area is shown by the 20-mile circle on the map. We can also serve many locations outside that area. Additional travel fees apply outside the circle and are quoted before payment based on the delivery location and trip distance.
Do you offer discounts?
Students, active-duty military, veterans, and real-estate professionals receive 10% off the base 14-day package. Verification may be requested. Discounts do not stack and do not apply to delivery, taxes, extensions, add-ons, late fees, or damage/replacement charges.
What if a tote is damaged or missing?
Normal wear is expected. Missing or unusable totes/lids are charged at $15 per set under the current rental terms.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before delivery receive a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours is non-refundable. Severe-weather or emergency exceptions may be made at Tote To Go's discretion.
Can I request a custom number of totes?
Yes. Tell us what you need in the reservation form and we'll confirm availability and quote it.
